Student Injured on Pedestrian Crossing wins Claim

March 2012

Our client, a 20 year old Art student, has been awarded £180,000 in settlement for her injuries when she was knocked down on a pedestrian crossing.

Zoe's injuries were so severe that she was unable to return to college and will be requiring further operations in the near future. Zoe had hoped to be an art restorer but it is unlikely that she will be able to pursue the career she had chosen and this was reflected in the settlement sum.

The car driver`s unsurers made a financial offer but Zoe rejected it and took the case to court for a two day hearing.
