Jane was walking across a dark car park of a Public House when she fell in a pot hole injuring the ligaments in her right ankle with continuing symptoms.

She underwent X-rays and an MRI scan and was advised to have an operation. She had to rely on family and friends for care and assistance around the home. She received £9,000 compensation.
