Settlement was reached and Una recovered

Una was employed by a National Health Service trust as a business change manager.

She had just come out of a business meeting when she slipped and fell on some poorly maintained concrete steps and she suffered a significant blunt impact soft tissue injury to her lower back. Following extensive negotiations a settlement was reached under which the Una recovered compensation of £5,300 for her injury at work.
